Abstracted

Thursday July 25, 2019

I’ve been amusing myself with some abstractions in recent times. These charcoals were produced by making ‘blind’ random marks to start with, then working with those marks later. All are 900x600mm.

Roadworx Part 2

I thought it was about time I caught up with my blog posts. It seems that there are a few people still looking at my blog.

These are the rest of the “Roadworx’ series, which made up my contribution to the third ‘Tainted Landscapes’ exhibition at Warwick and Lockyer Valley Art Galleries earlier this year. Some more Lonesome Roads from my trip through (mainly) Queensland in 2016. All charcoals are 600x450.
